Founding Membership
Simple membership. Clear expectations.
Your monthly membership covers the primary care relationship: visits, communication, preventive care, ongoing support, and selected services provided inside the practice.
Services obtained outside Presten Health—such as imaging, hospital or emergency care, outside laboratory services, and specialist visits—are separate from the membership and are billed by the applicable outside provider.
Labs, imaging, and insurance details
Selected self-pay laboratory pricing may be available to active members. Imaging and other outside services are ordered or coordinated by Presten Health but billed separately by independent facilities.
Presten Health membership is not health insurance and does not replace insurance. Major medical or catastrophic coverage is strongly recommended for hospital care, emergencies, specialists, surgery, imaging, prescriptions, and other services outside the membership. Presten Health does not require proof of insurance as a condition of membership.
Members may still use insurance for eligible outside services, including insurance-billed laboratory testing.

Limited to 150 eligible adult patient spots through May 31, 2027, or until filled.
Terms apply
Each adult counts as one patient spot. Founding pricing begins when membership activates and remains in effect for the first 12 months while membership remains continuously active. Joining the interest list does not reserve a spot or guarantee eligibility or pricing.
No long-term contract. Just a relationship worth keeping.
Membership is month-to-month because trust should be earned through the care you receive, not enforced by a contract.
