This Privacy Policy explains how Barseid Corporation, d/b/a Presten Health, collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. Presten Health is a Direct Primary Care practice under development in Plantation, Florida.

The form is only for general membership interest. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, test results, photographs, or other medical information.

This Privacy Policy describes the public website. It is not the same as a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Not all website data is HIPAA-protected information. If you later become a patient, Presten Health will provide any required HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices through the appropriate patient-facing process.
